This outfit was the product of a happy accident. BlackMilk had sent me this cool Sheer Overlay Maxi Skirt and I originally had something in my head for it that involved a different set of lettings and top entirely. Well I couldn’t find the leggings and so grabbed these. Then the tops I had planned to layer with everything, looked terrible. So I had to grab multiple different tops to try to make the entire thing cohesive and failed. I then remembered I had this beautiful blouse by I Do Declare and paired it with the corset from La Femme En Noir and it all came together so well! Let’s go back to the skirt! The skirt has a VERY stretchy elastic waist band that buckles in the front. It is very comfy and really could be worked into an outfit in so many ways, even layered over a pair of shorts or a skirt. I think it looks cool with leggings, so this is the mood I went with.
